By creating an account, accessing restricted areas, or placing an order through any PPP Labs–operated website ("Website"), you ("Customer," "You") agree to be bound by the following Research Use Only Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not access the Website or purchase any materials. 1) Eligibility & Access You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Where applicable, you confirm you meet all jurisdictional requirements for access to research materials and restricted-content platforms. 2) Research Use Only — Strict Limitation of Use All materials offered are designated strictly for research use only. Under no circumstances are materials intended for human or animal use, including but not limited to ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any form of administration into or onto a living system. Any such use is expressly prohibited. 3) No Medical or Therapeutic Representation PPP Labs does not provide medical advice, guidance, or instruction. All content, including product descriptions, testing data, and communications, is provided solely for general informational purposes within a research context and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. 4) Customer Responsibility & Regulatory Compliance You acknowledge and agree that: • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of any materials comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. • Materials will be handled only in appropriate, qualified laboratory environments using proper safety protocols. • You will not use materials for any unauthorized, unlawful, or non-research purpose. 5) Prohibited Conduct & Redistribution You agree not to misuse materials or facilitate misuse by any third party. You further agree not to resell, repackage, relabel, distribute, or otherwise transfer materials in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement or applicable law. 6) Analytical Data & Documentation Where provided, Certificates of Analysis ("COAs") and related analytical data are supplied for reference purposes only. Such documentation reflects results for specific tested samples or batches and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or warranty of performance, uniformity, or suitability for any particular application. 7) Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that research materials may present inherent handling and storage risks. You assume full responsibility and all associated risks arising from the purchase, possession, storage, and use of materials obtained through the Website. 8) Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPP Labs and its affiliates, officers, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to: • improper handling or misuse of materials, • failure to follow appropriate laboratory procedures, • violation of this Agreement, or • non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations. 9) Acceptance Record & Electronic Consent Your acceptance of this Agreement may be recorded by the Website, including version control, timestamps, IP data, and related technical identifiers for compliance and audit purposes. Electronic acceptance (including checkbox or button confirmation) constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature. 10) Modifications to Terms PPP Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued access to the Website or account following presentation of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
